  • If the Minotaur or Vine Boss does this, the damage is proportional to the notches inside the player.
• Monsters and the Dildo Trap may also push the beads into the player.
  • If the Demoness does this, it will increase the number of notches by one.
• Ghosts may possess beads, taking them and penetrating the player in their place.
  • When the ghost is done, the beads reappear cursed and one notch longer.
