Effect
- 75% chance to increase dexterity by 8 for 600 seconds.
- A golden creme egg extends the duration to 1200 seconds, and the first 600 seconds provides double the dexterity bonus (i.e. 16).
- 25% chance to instead cause the player to swallow two units of semen.
- With diapers enabled, this can instead increase incontinence.
