Fitness is related to the Weight gain fetish. The player gains exercise points from various physical activities. Different body parts have different exercise point scales and these are increased by different things. With weight gain fetish, exercise points are consumed when high enough to remove fat. If not, then some exercise points may be converted into strength or dexterity. The amount of exercise points required to gain another stat point increases depending on how high they are already. When the player rests on furniture, ALL exercise points are returned to 0.

If the Player rests too much without exercising, then they will gain weight.

Body Parts with Exercise Points

  • Belly & Thighs
    • Requires 400 exercise points to burn off some fat from either belly or thighs.
    • Requires 40 + ((current strength + dex) * 25) exercise points to gain a stat point, and only if there is no thigh or belly fat.
    • Drinking milk increases exercise points by 250, if the milk is blessed this is increased to 450.
    • Using the cross trainer in the hotel gymnasium increases exercise points by 70 each turn.
    • Standing up from kneeling increases exercise points by the weight of the player divided by 4.
    • Walking (changing rooms only, not just standing still) increases exercise points by 1.
      • Walking in heels increases exercise points faster, but only if the heels are difficult to walk in.
    • Kneeing an enemy increases exercise points by 30.
    • Kicking an enemy increases exercise points by 45.
    • Defeating an enemy increases exercise points by 20 multiplied by the difficulty rating of the enemy.
    • Every turn spent standing during tincture of acceleration gains 20 exercise points.
  • Arms
    • Each slap on an enemy has a chance of burning arm fat which increases with arms exercise points and the fatter the arms are.
    • Slapping an enemy increases exercise points by 30.
    • Using the cross trainer in the hotel gymnasium increases arm exercise points by 50 each turn.
  • Butt
    • Each time you pick up an item when standing has a change of burning butt fat which increases with butt exercise points and the fatter the hips already are.
    • Using the cross trainer in the hotel gymnasium increases butt exercise points by 50 each turn.
    • Resisting against sex when there is a living thing fucking your pussy or asshole increases butt exercise points by 20 each turn.
    • Picking an item up whilst standing increases butt exercise points (and fatigue) by 10.
