The thing the Princess is initially faithful to is the Throne.
- If a Princess engages in friendly sex with a Category:Monster or has sex with the same monster more than once, that monster becomes the faithful thing.
  - If this happens and the Princess does not have a Royal Scepter, one is spawned.
If the Princess has sex with something other than the Faithful Thing and the Faithful Thing is still alive:
- The charge on the scepter is reduced.
- If blessed, the scepter becomes bland (unblessed).
- The following tattoos, if not already present are stamped on the player:
  - Unfaithful Tattoo
  - Cheating Whore Tattoo
- If both tattoos are worn, then either randomly a piece of Category:Jewelry is destroyed or Intelligence is decreased.
If the Princess has sex with her Faithful Thing:
- Fatigue is reduced.
- If the scepter charge is low, increases the charge.
If the Faithful Thing dies:
- Faithful Thing reverts to the throne.
- The Scepter is destroyed.
