All of these assume diapers have been enabled in the character choice menu. If not enabled, diapers and their effects will be unobtainable.

Description

Effects

  • Changes title to 'diapered' or 'permanently diaper bound'.
  • Diaper bonus increases as continence is maintained and decreases as wetting occurs. This number is added to both Strength and Dexterity.
    • Remaining a virgin will periodically increase diaper bonus.
  • Diapers increase Humiliation when moving between rooms and periodically when soaked with urine, with more humiliation from more urine.
  • Urinating in a diaper eliminates humiliation from peeing in front of monsters.
  • Messing a diaper in front of a Monster increases humiliation and cause friendly and neutral monsters to abandon you.
  • Soiling an already messed diaper may increase Delicateness.
  • Wearing a diaper on the Rocking Horse Trap increases Arousal.
  • Messing a diaper increases Arousal.
    • Being grossed out by messing decreases arousal to 0 and lowers dexterity.
  • Messing a diaper may force urination.
  • Blocks Dildo Trap and increases arousal when poked by one.
    • Diapers are undamaged by this.
  • Diapers make the Orifice Soreness and Fainting effects of the Painted Horse Trap and Wild Horse Trap less likely.
  • Diapers block the delicateness increase of Paddle Trap.
    • Being paddled while wearing a heavily urine soaked diaper will create a urine puddle and decrease the soak level.
  • Wearing diaper increases humiliation from the Baby Bouncer Trap.

Notes

  • Egg laying will rip diapers.
  • Messed diapers will be cleaned by Laundry Robots, the Matron and the Throne.
    • Washing or showering by any other method will saturate the diaper to full.
    • Cleaning by the Matron will humiliate the player more in proportion to how full the rectum was.
  • Urinating in a diaper to its soak limit causes the diaper to bless itself.
  • Various Monsters and NPCs, on defeating a diaper wearing player in combat have specialized punishments.
