Info
- Once worn, the collar is unremovable by any means, including Monsters, except the mechanic.
- The mechanic will remove it after defeat in combat or after returning the Mystical Amulet to him.

- Prevents normal arousal cool down over time. Orgasm still creates cool down.
- Changes dialog with the mechanic.
