Trivia

The rubber dress can begin summoning breast implants the instant it appears.

If a player's real breast size is below B cup and silicone volume is large enough, player will get the title "surgically enhanced" in their name. The title will upgrade to "ultra plastic" if they have extremely large implants while wearing fake nails.
