Effects
The Fixed Effects are constant from one playing of the game to the next. The remaining colors are randomly assigned either a Beneficial Effect or a Cursed Effect.
Beneficial Effects
- Potion of Speed
- Increase Dexterity.
- Potion of Might
- Increase Strength.
- Energy Drink
- Sets Fatigue to zero.
- If Intelligence is below starting Intelligence and sex addiction is not at maximum, increase Intelligence.
- If blessed, increase Intelligence.
- This means a double increase if the conditions on the first increase are met.
- Potion of Weight Loss
- Reduces, in order of preference, fat weight, hair length, hip size or bust size, depending on player statistics (e.g., cannot reduce fat weight if the player has none) and some randomness.
- If blessed, reduces the larger of hip or bust size in addition to the previous decrease.
- Potion of Virility
- Randomly chooses one or more of the following effects:
- Reduce sex addiction
- Always happens for female characters.
- Reduce delicateness.
- For males, always increases penis size.
- If blessed, reduces sex addiction, possibly in addition to the first choice.

Cursed Effects
Every time a curse is drunk, unless the vessel has a unique punishment (e.g. squirt dildo always converts the liquid to semen), the player suffers a random result from the following effects:
- Increase hair length.
- Increase sex addiction.
- If male and penis size is greater than minimum, decrease size by one.
- Otherwise increase bust size.
- Increase hip size.
- Increase hair length and sex addiction, decrease Intelligence.
- Increase arousal.
Fixed Effects
- milk
- Increase the rate at which the player burns fat.
- With a second bonus if blessed
- Increase milk taste addiction
- Increase the rate at which the player burns fat.
