The Modification Machine is in Room 101 of the hotel. Once every 120 seconds the player can sit on it to receive a special effect, in the following priority order.
- (1/3 chance if player has minimum penis size and TG fetish enabled)
- Transform the player into a woman.
- (Varied chance that increases with the amount of silicone in the player's breasts and ass, minimum 20 units, and the player must not already be wearing a module)
- Summon a module.
- (1/5 chance OR 3/5 chance if piercing fetish was chosen as a secret)
- Summon a piercing.
- (1/10 chance if player is female)
- Use a phallic implement to forcibly gape the player's vagina.
- (3/5 chance OR 2/5 chance if piercing fetish was chosen as a secret)
- (1/2 chance)
- Increase intelligence by 1 point.
- (1/4 chance)
- Increase strength by 1 point.
- (1/4 chance)
- Increase dexterity by 1 point.
