A silver circlet that has a chance of materializing onto the player every time they experience involuntary lactation. The more times the player has lactated without "meaning to," the likelier the circlet is to spawn.

Ways of Obtaining

• May materialize onto the player cursed when following criteria are met:
  • Player is not wearing headgear already
  • Player is experiencing involuntary lactation.
    • Obviously this means the lactation fetish must be enabled.
  • Player is not already wearing a milking harness

  • The player suffers no negative effects from holding in an enema.
    • The player will still automatically expel the enema when their belly gets too full.

  • Strength, dexterity and intelligence all reduced by 1.
• (When the player is not wearing any milk stained clothing)
  • Strength increased by 1 for each 5 units of milk inside the player's belly.

  • As long as the player is wearing a royal circlet, and they are not wearing anything that would overlap in anyway with the white basque, it has a chance of spawning.
    • That means that players wearing bras, corsets, skirts, or underwear will never have to worry about a white basque to go with their circlet.
  • When worn together with the white basque, the royal circlet makes the player the Royal Slave.
    • Royal guards will never attack a royal slave unless provoked, even if their bimbo score would otherwise make them aggressive.
