Sissy
Becoming a Sissy
In order to be considered a Sissy, the player must be equipping the Sissy Bow and at least two items considered 'Sissy' by the game.
Obtaining The Sissy Bow
See Also: Sissy Bow#Obtaining. To obtain a sissy bow, the player must:
- Be male
- Not be wearing other headgear
- Pass a 7m interval in the game without losing their penile virginity, after losing their anal virginity.
As far as is known, if all these criteria are met, the bow is guaranteed to spawn.
Obtaining Sissy Clothing
General Strategies
- If the player is already wearing the Sissy Bow and has still not lost their penile virginity, the same 7m interval effect can spawn other items on them as one of its effects.
- It can only do so however onto a bodypart that is not currently occupied, so nudity aside from sissy items is the theoretical 'best bet'
- Opening lots of containers and checking the shop is to be considered - the more items you see the more likely you are to find something relevant
Specific Sissy Items
All items listed here are sissy items for the game's purposes. Items marked with a question mark are assumed or unconfirmed. It is assumed that if an item is sufficiently frilly and lacy, it will be considered sissy. Look for items with mentions of being unnecessarily girly, frilly, adorned with bows or other feminine items, and so on.
- All items with the adjective sissy, e.g. the sissy diaper (?)

- Ballet Shoes
Effects of Being a Sissy
Part of the effects of being a Sissy could be said to relate to the effects of not losing one's penile virginity as a male character. As such, consider the Male Mechanics page for details.
- Women cannot be sissies, even if they meet all other criteria, even if they were a sissy even as they became a woman.
Anal Sex Changes
- Sissies orgasm more easily from anal interactions. This is not currently quantified, however this does leave the player more frequently at the mercy of the effects of having an anal orgasm in-game.
- Sissies may steel themselves against Fainting from Orifice Soreness (anal soreness, being the only sore orifice on a male character) without a cost to their intelligence.
