A pink rubber top hat that is placed on the player by the mannequin. Can spawn the Rubber Dress, which when worn with this item, makes the player the Silicone Queen.

Ways of Obtaining

• The mannequin may place this item onto the player cursed when the following criteria are met;
  • Artificial enhancements fetish is enabled.
  • Player is not wearing headgear already.
  • Player's breast volume is small compared to their bimbo
