The Sissy is a class that the player can become by wearing a Sissy Bow and at least two "sissy" items at the same time.

Becoming a Sissy

Once a male player loses their anal virginity, they need to pass a certain interval in the game without losing their penile virginity. This interval is independent from the even that caused the player to lose their cherry, and instead, being the wrong type of virgin makes the player susceptible whenever this interval passes.

Obtaining The Sissy Bow

To obtain a sissy bow, the player must:

• Be male
• Not be wearing other headgear
• Either:
• Pass a certain interval in the game without losing penile virginity, after losing anal virginity.
• Attempt dominant sex with a female npc and fail(chance of getting the bow changes based on the monster)

Obtaining Sissy Clothing

General Strategies

• If the player is already wearing the Sissy Bow and has still not lost their penile virginity, the same 7m interval effect can spawn other items on them as one of its effects.
  • It can only do so however onto a body part that is not currently occupied, so nudity aside from sissy items is the theoretical 'best bet'
• Opening lots of containers and checking the shop is to be considered - the more items you see the more likely you are to find something relevant
• Since sissy clothing is obtainable by failing to initiate dominant sex, failing intentionally is a quick way to obtain sissy items without necessarily triggering the player's need to lose their virginity

All items listed here are sissy items for the game's purposes. Items marked with a question mark are assumed or unconfirmed. It is assumed that if an item is sufficiently frilly and lacy, it will be considered sissy. Look for items with mentions of being unnecessarily girly, frilly, adorned with bows or other feminine items, and so on.

Effects of Being a Sissy

Part of the effects of being a Sissy could be said to relate to the effects of not losing one's penile virginity as a male character. As such, consider the Male Mechanics page for details.

• The sissy is a male exclusive class, like the virgin warrior, which means that female players cannot become sissies no matter what criteria they meet.

Anal Sex Changes

• Sissies orgasm more easily from anal interactions. This is not currently quantified, however this does leave the player more frequently at the mercy of the effects of having an anal orgasm in-game.
• Sissies may steel themselves against Fainting from Orifice Soreness (anal soreness, being the only sore orifice on a male character) without a cost to their intelligence.
