A pink pair of cotton ballet shoes, which count as heels. The ballet shoes can make gaining Heel Skill fairly easy, however, kick attacks while wearing them do less damage than normal heels would. Like all heels, Ballet shoes still make the player gain fatigue more quickly, and quick heel skill gains increase player's the Bimbo score. There are more conventionally "high heel" variants of this item, but all variants will have the posture training magical attribute and, as a result, make the player gain heel skill faster.

- May materialise cursed on player when following criteria are met:
- Player is wearing the Leotard already.
- Player is not already wearing shoes
- The witch may materialize a cursed pair onto the player during combat if she is below ? health.
- Will always have a negative modifier
