Fetishes alter what turns you, not your character, on. They also enable new traps and equipment to appear during the game. You can choose which fetishes you want at the beginning of each new game. You can select some, none, or all of the fetishes to affect your game. Each fetish selected will award the player difficulty points which can later be spent to give the player a starting boost.

Bukkake Fetish

• 7 difficulty points when chosen.
• Allows the player to get semen on their face, breasts, thighs and belly.
  • Increases humiliation whenever the player is noticed by an NPC
  • The effective modifier of clothing that gets soaked by semen is reduced
• Allows oral sex with male npc's, such as the royal guard, to end in a facial
• Enables Bukkake shower and Bukkake traps
• Changes the functionality of one type of hotel bed.

Pregnancy Fetish

Main Article: Pregnancy

• 5 difficulty points when chosen.
• Enables new attacks from certain mobs.
• Enables female player to get pregnant when inseminated by humans.
• Enables cursed maternity bras to spawn onto players with large bellies
  • This will happen even if the player is not female.
• Enables the Fertility goddess class outfit.
• Enables the maternity dress

Humanoid Pregnancies

• No additional difficulty points when chosen
• Enables the player to get pregnant by semen from any source except the tentacle monster, vines, and living belt.
• Only available to players that have chosen the pregnancy fetish
• Enables impregnation by the sex doll
• Enables impregnation by the minotaur

Inhuman Pregnancies

• No additional difficulty points when chosen
• Enables the player to get pregnant by semen from any source
• Only available to players that have chosen the pregnancy fetish
• Enables the Tentacle Monster.
• Enables the player to be impregnated by the living belt, lake monster, and vine boss.
• Changes the description of the Minotaur's penis.
• Changes the description of the futanari slutty sister's penis

Lactation Fetish

Main article: Lactation

• 5 difficulty points when chosen.
• Makes the players nipples leak milk when full.
• Allows the player to milk themselves by resting on the milking bench.
• Enables the Cowgirl class outfit
• Enables the Royal Slave class outfit
• Enables the Milking Harness.
• Adds needle traps that increase lactation rate or fill the player's breasts with milk.
• Changes the Novelty Mug to affect lactation rate and fill the player's breasts with milk.
  • Consequently, also changes the mug's description.
• Enables the Milk Production Magical Attribute.
• Enables the Maternity Dress to cause the player to lactate.
• Causes the slimegirl in the Waterfall to attack the player 100% of the time.
  • The chances of escaping her are unaffected.

Watersports Fetish

• 5 difficulty points when chosen.
• Enables the bladder stat
  • Allows the player to become incontinent if they take too long to pee.
• Enables the Bed-Wetting Magical Attribute
• Enables Urine shower and Urine sprinkler traps
• Allows the Fairy to make you "bursting to pee"
  • If the player is unable to pee, this is permanent until the player faints.
• If the following NPC's encounter you during a rape, they will attempt to pee on(or in) your face, which will drastically increase the player's humiliation.

  • Wrestler
    • The wrestler has added functionality for players using particularly submissive classes.

Diapers

• 3 difficulty points when chosen
• Enables diapers.
• Enables the Wet Nappies T-shirt.
• Changes the dominatrix into a matron
• Extra functionality with watersports fetish.
  • Causes the Bed-Wetting magical attribute to spawn diapers.

Weight gain

• 5 difficulty points when chosen
• Allows the player to accumulate body fat from resting too often
• Exercising will allow the player to lose weight
• Makes it harder for NPC's to tip the player over

Inflation

• 3 difficulty points when chosen
• Allows the player to become lighter than air
  • When this happens, the player drops every item they are not wearing.
  • If the player is in the forest, this will reveal the entire map
• Allows the player to contain air in their breasts, belly and hips
• Enables Air needle traps.
• Allows the Aeromancer to fill the player's breasts and belly with air
• Enables the Magic Wand.
• Enables latex pump plug panties.
• Allows air filled Sex dolls to appear, which will inflate the player's breasts and belly with air.

Egg laying

• 4 difficulty points when chosen
• Allows the tentacle monster, lake monster, throne trap, and vine boss to fill the player with eggs
• Enables Giant wasps
• Changes the recipe for the spike bra and Unholy Cum Dump's Undergarment to include eggs.

Artificial enhancements fetish

• 3 difficulty points when chosen
• Enables the mannequin to give the player hair extensions
  • She will do this randomly, but will never do it if the player is wearing headgear.
• Enables the Silicon Queen class outfit
• Enables Breast implants
  • Spawned by the Rubber Dress
• Enables the mannequin to put fake nails onto the player.
  • She will only do this if they have a sizeable amount of silicon in their breasts
• Allows the modification machine to give breast implants.

Extreme Proportions Fetish

• 11 difficulty points when chosen.
• Increases the rate at which all of the player's body parts(breasts, belly, hips) grow.
• Changes the breast size cap from "GG cup" to "impossibly voluminous globes"
• Allows non liquid filled sex dolls to appear, which grow the player's breasts and hips when they "ejaculate."
  • If air inflation is enabled, they will sometimes "grow" the player's breasts anyway.

TG(Transgender) Fetish

• 2 difficulty points when chosen.
• Option for male characters. Causes the player to become a woman if their "Real world" penis length has dropped to zero.
  • Characters with the TG fetish turned off will be left with no genitals at all(although they can still increase their penis size with the rape skill).
• On the screen after the "fetish selection" screen, the player may choose a minimum penis size. If the player's penis ever reaches that point in-game, their real world penis will continue to shrink.
  • Increasing your penis size to above the minimum length will pause the real-life shrinking, but if left unchecked, the real-world length will eventually reach zero and trigger the transformation
• Enables the elixir of life to transform the player into a woman
  • This will happen regardless of existing penis size.

150% or 133% Breast Expansion Rate

• 4 difficulty points when chosen.
• Makes the player's breasts grow more rapidly. 150% rate when selected without Extreme Proportions Fetish. 133% rate when selected with Extreme Proportions Fetish.

Sex Addict

Main Article: Sex Addiction

• 8 difficulty points when chosen.
• The player starts the game addicted to sex and will get horny quicker.

Encased in Latex

• 8 difficulty points when chosen.
• Immediately upon entering the game the player is encased in latex. 4 cursed pieces of equipment appear on the player:
  • Cursed Latex Plug Panties
  • Cursed Fetish Bra
  • Cursed latex thigh high boots of stumbling
  • Cursed Catsuit
• This fetish is not for beginners!

Trapped in Bondage

• 8 difficulty points when chosen.
• Immediately upon entering the game the player is put in bondage. 4 cursed pieces of equipment appear on the player:
  • Cursed Ballgag
    • May materialize as any variant, small, large, or very large
    • If chosen with the "Sex addict" fetish, and the ballgag that would have spawned would have been small or large, a cock pacifier will appear instead
  • Cursed Slave collar
  • Cursed chastity cage/belt(male and female respectively)
    • If chosen with the "Encased in Latex" fetish, latex plug panties overtop.
  • Cursed pair of either handcuffs or anklecuffs
• This fetish is not for beginners!

Unlucky

• Increases chance of cursed items materializing on the player.
• Increases chance of finding cursed items in containers.
• Increases chance of finding traps
• Does not affect Combat RNG.
• 6 difficulty points when chosen.

Forgetful Airhead

• 5 difficulty points when chosen.
• The player loses intelligence more quickly.
• Losing intelligence can cause the player to forget remembered things, including recipes, identified drinks and identified trapped containers.
